  Wyoming has lots of outdoors activities. Finally, hiking time is here again, and Jim Lake Trail in Sublette County, Wyoming is just the place. Coming to this river is always a good idea. Big Sandy Campground is a magnificent campground here. Jim Lake Trail is a very long way away from civilization and it sure is a nice trail.
Looking for some flowing water? Try Jim Creek, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Bull Lake Creek. For the period of the summer, highs regularly are in the 70's at Jim Lake Trail. During the dark hours of summer temperatures
    dip down into the 40's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Jim Lake Trail temperatures fall to the-10's.
At Jim Lake Trail you don’t see much rainfall; of all the months in a year May is the one with the
most rain, and February is when it's the driest. In the Wind River Range there are many great hiking trails where beautiful scenery awaits you. Yep, outdoors fun stuff truly is bountiful here in the Wind River Range. Stay the night at Scab Creek Campground; some of the water nearby flows, like Irish Canyon Creek.
