| | Can’t wait to get out in nature, Morrison Trail in Park County, Wyoming is a good choice. This part of Wyoming is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. Coming to this river is always a good idea. Morrison Trail being so far away from the nearest city hiking it is always fun. If you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River; camping is available at Long Lake Campground. The amount of rain that falls at Morrison Trail is close to the national average; June is when you get the |
most rain here while October is typically the driest month. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Absaroka Range is so good! Clarks Fork Yellowstone River is a nice whitewater spot in close proximity to Morrison Trail, and camping at Dead Indian Campground
| is always a good experience. High temperatures at Morrison Trail throughout the summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Morrison Trail tend to be in the 0's. Hiking trails are all over the Absaroka Range, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains.
