Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Nilson Trail in Crook County, Wyoming is a really good place to spend some time. Why not camp at Mountain View Campground while you're here at Nilson Trail, and there's some interesting stuff to observe at Gets Dam in the vicinity of Nilson Trail. So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Black Hills, too |
splendid to be true. Camping is available at Bear Lodge Campground, and Ruland Spring is a pretty spot to explore while you're at Nilson Trail.
During the warm months highs here at Nilson Trail get into the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs
| during the winter are mostly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Nilson Trail. Nilson Trail is a location that is rather waterless typically; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is January. There are many hiking trails in the Black Hills, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains.
