Summer brings highs in the 80's to Pole Creek Trail, and the night is rather cooler of course, generally in the 40's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Pole Creek Trail. No chance of getting bored in Wyoming if you like the outdoors.

| the nearest urban center and many people like to hike here to be close to nature.
If you came to camp Upper Half Moon Campground is a splendid place to do that; Pole Creek is a pleasant whitewater spot nearby. Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Pole Creek Trail in Sublette County, Wyoming is just the place. Not much rain falls here at Pole Creek Trail; the wettest month of the year is commonly June, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
