It is very arid here at Shadow Lake Trail ordinarily; the month with most of the rain is May while     December is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Washakie Pass is a wonderful spot to pop by right next door to Shadow Lake Trail, and Dickinson Creek Campground is a brilliant local campground. With so many outdoors activities available in Wyoming you'll never get bored. High temperatures at Shadow Lake Trail through the summer are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are usually in the 30's with temperatures at Shadow Lake Trail dipping down into the 10's during winter nights.
