| | Hey, time for a hike don’t you think? Simmons Trail in Crook County, Wyoming is a great place to go. This part of Wyoming has a great deal of available outdoors activities. The warmest time of the year at Simmons Trail arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. During the winter highs are regularly in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Simmons Trail. Simmons Trail is very far from the nearest big city and you always have a good time when you're hiking along it.

| visit, and a fine site to go to is Wood Canyon. Visiting Devils Tower National Monument is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Man, is there a lot of entertaining things to do in the Black Hills. A visit to Simmons Trail wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Mahoney Spring, and a delightful site to camp here at Simmons Trail is Bear Lodge Campground.
A short visit to Deer Creek Spring is always worthwhile; camping is available at Mountain View Campground. | |
