When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? if you happen to be in Fremont County of Wyoming, Smith Lake Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Wind River Range. A great place for whitewater paddling right next door to Smith Lake Trail is Middle Popo Agie River, and Twin Parks is a great place to stretch your legs a bit. Hiking trails are all over
    the Wind River Range where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains.
If you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bull Lake Creek. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Smith Lake Trail has to offer, you can camp at Dickinson
Creek Campground. The warmest time of the year at Smith Lake Trail arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 40's.
