| | Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Tepee Creek Trail in Fremont County, Wyoming is such a great place. In the Absaroka Range there are many great hiking trails where beautiful scenery awaits you. For the duration of the months of summer at Tepee Creek Trail temperatures are regularly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. Through the wintertime the highs are generally in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Tepee Creek Trail drop into the 10's. Not enough hours |
in a day to enjoy the Absaroka Range. Paddling on Wind River is so much fun, and Tepee Creek Trail is good enough to spend more than a day at, Double Cabin Campground is a good local campground.
Because Tepee Creek Trail is very far from civilization it is one of many great
| trails in this area. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Wind River - East Fork, and camping at Brown Mountain Campground is always a pleasant experience.
No chance of getting bored in Wyoming if you like the outdoors. At Tepee Creek Trail you don’t see much rainfall; most of the rain falls through June; the driest of the months is February.
