Timber Creek Trail

  If you are in Wyoming during hiking season you have to go hiking. Finally, hiking time is here again, and Timber Creek Trail in Park County, Wyoming is such a great place. There are many hiking trails in the Absaroka Range where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains.
Timber Creek Trail is a long drive away from Riverton but trails like these are great. There's so much to do here at Timber Creek Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Brown
    Mountain Campground is a fine spot for that. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Wind River - East Fork; while you're here, you could visit Gwinn Fork. Get covered with water paddling on Greybull River, and you can stay the night at
Wood River Campground. Gwinn Fork Dick Creek flows through this area. At Timber Creek Trail you donít see much precipitation. The month with most of the rain is May while January is generally the driest month. Throughout the warm months at Timber Creek Trail highs are usually in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while Timber Creek Trail overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 10's.
