| | Gotta get out of the city man, and if you happen to be in Teton County of Wyoming, Union Falls Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. A long drive separates Jackson from Union Falls Trail, but hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. Union Falls Trail gets very little rain; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; October is the month with the least moisture. All through the summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Union Falls Trail. Once the sun is down it sinks down to |
the 40's. Highs throughout the winter are ordinarily in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Union Falls Trail.
This river is so wonderful. Paddling on Snake River is so much fun. If you came to camp Cave Falls Campground is a great place to do that, and
| Union Falls is a brilliant local attraction. In the Teton Range you'll find lots of hiking trails, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains.
All the outdoors cool stuff in the Teton Range will keep you coming back over and over. Whitewater paddling is nice on Bitch Creek, and camping at Lizard Creek Campground is always a magnificent experience. This part of Wyoming is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season.
