| | We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Warhouse Trail in Park County, Wyoming is the outdoors at it's best. As long as you like the outdoors you will like Wyoming. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Absaroka Range. Vick Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth going to; Warhouse Trail is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Jack Creek Campground is a perfect local campground. Take a side visit to Left Fork Betty Creek, and camping at Hitching Post Campgrounds is always a tremendous experience.

wonderful hiking trails in the Absaroka Range, it's a great hiking area. At Warhouse Trail you don’t see much rain; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here; January meanwhile is the driest month. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater
| paddling on Greybull River, and a good site to stop at close by is Bull Elk Draw.
For the period of the long summer days highs here at Warhouse Trail reach the 80's while nighttime lows are typically in the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Warhouse Trail dip into the 10's. Shoshone River - South Fork has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby.
Warhouse Trail is in a quite desolate area and when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person. | |
