Battery Point Trail   Battery Point Trail is located on the Chilkat Penninsula of the Takshunuk Mountain Range, north of the Chilkat Range.  It could not be considered part of the Chugach Mountain Range. If you're looking for a beach close to Battery Point Trail, we recommend Tlegu Beach, and Battery Point Trail is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Oceanside RV Park is a splendid local campground. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Tanani Beach. Much rainfall falls at Battery Point Trail. October is the wettest month with most rain, and June on the other hand is the driest. At Battery Point Trail through the summer months highs are in the 60's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
