Bear Creek Trail   Hiking in Alaska is such a great thing to do. You'll have to go far from Juneau to get to Bear Creek Trail but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family. Bear Creek Trail is a wonderful place to visit for more than one day, Spruce Meadow Recreational Vehicle Park is a wonderful place to camp nearby. Paddling on Montana Creek is so much fun, and Auke Bay RV Park is a fine local campground. Whitewater paddling is great on Eagle River, and beaches are magnificent     and Young Beach is no exception. A good beach near Bear Creek Trail is The Sand Beach. Bear Creek Trail is a rather wet place commonly with a good deal of rain. Of all the months in a year October is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is April. Throughout the warm months here at Bear Creek Trail, high temperatures regularly get into the 60's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.
