Mount Riley Trail   Mount Riley Trail is a long drive away from Juneau but when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person. Alaska is a good place for outdoors people. Camping at Portage Cove Campground is always a wonderful experience, and nothing beats kicking back at Tlegu Beach. Any time is a great time at Mount Riley Trail if you like the outdoors. Mount Riley Trail is a wet spot that gets much rainfall. The wettest month of the year is ordinarily October, that's the one that rains the most; June on the other hand is the driest. High temperatures at Mount Riley Trail during the summer are in the 60's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's.
