Hey, time for a hike don’t you think? Gap Mountain Trail in Montgomery County, Arkansas is just what you need. Hiking in Arkansas is such a great thing to do. Gap Mountain Trail is a long drive away from Hope but it is one of many great trails in this area. Camping is available at Daisy     State Park, and paddling on Caddo River is so much fun. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Ouachita Mountains. Daisy State Park is a tremendous place to take a look at, and you'll perhaps meet some people from Caddo Gap here. Whitewater paddling is good on Blocker Creek, and why not take a little trip to Wagner Creek while you're here. Why not camp at Camp Albert Pike Store and Cabin while you're here at Gap Mountain Trail. Gap Mountain Trail ordinarily gets a great deal of precipitation. Most of the rain falls during May, and the driest of the months is January. For the period of the warmest time of the year highs here at Gap Mountain Trail reach the 90's. When the night sets in   temperatures sink down into the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Gap Mountain Trail.
