APW Trail   Hiking trails are all over the Mesa Verde where you can truly take in all the beauty of these mountains. This part of Colorado has a great deal of available outdoors activities. A long drive separates Farmington from APW Trail, but hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. We all need to get out in nature once in a while and APW Trail in Montezuma County, Colorado is just the place. A & A Mesa Verde Recreational Vehicle Park     is a wonderful local campground, and if you're stopping by from Mesa Verde National Park, you won't be the only one. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Mesa Verde. Little Moccasin Canyon is a great place to spend some time at; if you came for an overnight stay Morfield Campground is a tremendous spot to camp. If you haven’t been to Mesa Verde National Park, you must schedule some time for it since you're here. Don't leave APW Trail without visiting Mancos State Park. APW Trail is pretty dehydrated regularly. Through October this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is June. For the period of the warm months here at APW Trail, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's   while night lows are mostly in the 50's. All through the winter highs are frequently in the 30's; after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at APW Trail drop into the 10's.
