Ruybalid Trail is a trail quite far from Espanola but It's always fun to hike here. There are many hiking trails in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, it's a great hiking area. This part of Colorado is always a     pleasure to visit during hiking season. A good place like Second Meadows here at Ruybalid Trail is too perfect to miss. Drift down the rapids of Rio de los Pinos in a kayak. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Ruybalid Trail has to offer, you can camp at Conejos Campground. Get covered with water paddling on Conejos River. There's so much to do here at Ruybalid Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Spectacle Lake Campground is a fine place for that. Why not stop at close by North Fork Rough Creek while you're here at Ruybalid Trail. Summertime brings highs in the 60's to Ruybalid Trail. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs   in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Ruybalid Trail are in the 0's. Ruybalid Trail is a rather wet place mostly with much rain.
