Terror Trail   Terror Trail is located quite a long drive from Montrose but when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person. Hiking in Colorado is such a great thing to do. Take a side trip to Fawn Creek, and if you came for an overnight stay Dyke Creek Campground is a great place to camp. The wonderful folks of Paonia like to hang out nearby, and Bar Diamond Ranch is a great campground nearby. Get your heart pumping on the pleasant whitewater of     Gunnison River - North Fork; Poison Park is a great spot to check out. Paonia State Park is a perfect spot. High temperatures at Terror Trail through the summertime are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are usually in the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Terror Trail temperatures drop to the 0's. Terror Trail is a good place of normal rainfall.
