Hey, time for a hike don’t you think? Narragansett Trail in New London County, Connecticut is such a great place. While visiting this area in Connecticut it's a good idea to go hiking too. You'll have to go far from Norwich-New London to get to Narragansett Trail but when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person. There's some flowing water nearby, Koistenen Brook is a stream
    you can check out while here. People from North Stonington love to come to Narragansett Trail, and Hopeville Pond State Park is a fine place to stretch your legs a bit. Natures Campsites is a tremendous campground nearby, and you
can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Misquamicut Fire District Beach. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Quinebaug River, and Narragansett Trail is a glorious site to visit for more than one day, Countryside Campground is a glorious site to camp nearby. Why not check out Billings Lake Dam since you're here. Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is a tremendous local destination here at Narragansett Trail; you can hit the  
beach if you want, DuBois Beach is practically right here. Now, you may imagine that's a lot but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Narragansett Trail. Dark Hollow Brook is close to Narragansett Trail and is always a delight to check out.
