  We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Appalachian National Scenic Trail in Union County, Georgia is just what you need. to Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and hey, Cooper Branch is a great local stream. If you're here, you might as well go to White Oak Stamp Gap; camping at Dodd Creek Vista Campground is always a perfect experience. Places like Turkeypen Flats are good to take a look at, and camping is available at Dukes Creek Falls Campground. Having a good time at Appalachian National Scenic Trail is easy. Some of the water nearby flows, like White Oak Stamp Branch, and  
a good place for whitewater paddling is Chattahoochee River. Yeah, come up here to the Blue Ridge Mountains for a good time. Appalachian National Scenic Trail is a relatively wet place regularly with much rainfall. March is when you get the most rain here while October is regularly the driest month.
