  Finally, hiking time is here again, and Tearbritches Trail in Fannin County, Georgia is just the place. Long Gap is a magnificent site to spend some time at. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Tearbritches Trail has to offer, you can camp at Sylco Campground. Holly Creek is a great whitewater spot in the vicinity of Tearbritches Trail, and Parksville Beach is reasonably nearby if you're in a beach type of mood. Stay the night at Lake Conasauga
    Campground; Double Hogpen is a tremendous site to stretch your legs a bit. A fine place for whitewater paddling near Tearbritches Trail is Jack's River, and a pleasant journey to Dyer Cove is a nice way to spend an afternoon. All
the outdoors fun things close to Tearbritches Trail will keep you coming back time and again. Fort Mountain State Park is worth checking out if you're at Tearbritches Trail, and it's a great idea to take a look at Devilsden Branch. You'll meet a lot of folks from Epworth here, and if you're here, you could pop by Polecat Branch. All through the days of summer, highs generally are in the 80's at Tearbritches Trail. Summer night lows drop down to the 60's. For
