Air Line Trail   It's a long drive from Boise City-Nampa to Air Line Trail but it is a great escape from the city. Outdoors people generally like this part of Idaho. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Air Line Trail in Boise County, Idaho is a really good place to spend some time. There are many hiking trails in the Salmon River Mountains, it's a great hiking area. Why not visit nearby Burn Creek while you're here at Air Line Trail. Everybody loves Boise     National Forest, and Payette River - Middle Fork has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Air Line Trail has to offer, you can camp at One Spoon Campground. Paddling on Payette River - South Fork is so much fun, and Air Line Trail is a wonderful spot to visit for more than one day, Hardscrabble Campground is a wonderful spot to camp nearby. Air Line Trail is pretty waterless commonly. The wettest month of the year is regularly December, that's the one that snows the most; July is when it's the driest. High temperatures at Air Line Trail throughout the warm days of summer are in the 80's; the nighttime is rather cooler of course,   commonly in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and night lows in the 10's for Air Line Trail.
