Black Warrior Creek Trail

  This part of Idaho is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. You'll have to go far from Mountain Home to get to Black Warrior Creek Trail but what a great place for hiking it is. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Sawtooth Range where beautiful scenery awaits you.
Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Black Warrior Creek Trail in Elmore County, Idaho is a great place to go. If you came to camp Johnson Creek Campground is
    a fine place to do that; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Boise River - North Fork. Man, is there loads of cool stuff to do in the Sawtooth Range. There's so much to do here at Black
Warrior Creek Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Queens River Campground is a good spot for that. Take a side visit to Arrastra Creek; there are some great whitewater spots on Payette River - South Fork. Wilson Creek is a scenic stream that is worth a visit; you're sure to come across some friendly folks from Atlanta here. A typical amount of rain falls here at Black Warrior Creek Trail. The wettest month of the year is typically January, that's  
the one that snows the most, and July is the month with the least moisture. For the duration of the summer months highs here at Black Warrior Creek Trail get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's.
