Caribou Ridge National Recreation Trail   There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Bitterroot Range, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Caribou Ridge National Recreation Trail in Kootenai County, Idaho is just the place. Beauty Creek Campground is a nice local campground, and a quick visit to Caribou Creek is certainly a nice idea. Heyburn State Park is a pleasant place to explore on a pretty day; since you're here, you could pop by Beauty Creek. This site, the Bitterroot Range, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Spokane River.
