  You'll have to go far from Rexburg to get to Dry Creek Trail but hiking it is great fun any time. No chance of getting bored in Idaho if you like the outdoors. In the Bitterroot Range you'll find lots of hiking trails, it's a great hiking area.
Spending too much time indoors got you down? No problem, Dry Creek Trail in Fremont County, Idaho is the outdoors at it's best. Glide down the rapids of Henrys Fork in a kayak, and Dry Creek Trail is a fine place
    to visit for more than one day, Jackson Landing Campground is a fine place to camp nearby. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Bitterroot Range. A visit to Dry Creek Trail wouldn't be complete
without taking a look at Horsemint Spring. Henrys Lake State Park is a pleasant campground nearby, and Harriman State Park is worth stopping at. If you come at the right time of year, Henrys Fork offers some great whitewater. Visit Tin Cup Creek while you're here at Dry Creek Trail. Dry Creek Trail is pretty dried out commonly. Of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. During the days of summer  
here at Dry Creek Trail, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Dry Creek Trail tend to be in the 0's.
