Buck Creek Trail

  Buck Creek Trail is not very near Mount Sterling at all but when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person. Kentucky has lots of outdoors activities. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains.
Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Buck Creek Trail in Bath County, Kentucky is a great place to go. Some close
    by water includes Joes Branch, and a spree to Natural Bridge State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. So many fun things in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains, just astonishing. Claylick Boat-in Campground is a good campground
nearby; a pleasant site for whitewater paddling is Red River. A glorious site to stop at near Buck Creek Trail is Fletchum Hollow, and why not take a little tour to Little Cave Run since you're here. There are plenty of folks from Wellington here at Buck Creek Trail. If you came for an overnight stay The Outpost Campground is a glorious site to camp. In case you donít mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Sandy River. For the  
period of the days of summer here at Buck Creek Trail, high temperatures generally get into the 80's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's; throughout the dark hours in the winter at Buck Creek Trail temperatures plunge to the 10's.
