Spring Trail   Massachusetts has lots of outdoors activities. You'll have to go far from Springfield to get to Spring Trail but it is one of many great trails in this area. There are some fine whitewater spots on Westfield River, and Spring Trail is a good site to visit for more than one day, Berkshire Park Camping Area is a good site to camp nearby. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Westfield River - North Branch, and time spent at Babbs Beach is always glorious. Little River     is near Spring Trail and is always a pleasure to take a look at, and you're sure to come across some fine people from Huntington here. There's some flowing water nearby, Florida Brook is a stream you can pop by during your stay. A great spot like Gardner State Park right next door to Spring Trail is too wonderful to leave out, and you don’t have to go far from Spring Trail to see the water at Knightville Dam. So much amusing stuff to do at Spring Trail, so little time. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Spring Trail has to offer, you can camp at Beartown State Forest. A nice place near Spring Trail is Indian Hollow. Spring Trail sees pretty high levels of rainfall. May   is the month that gets the most rain while January is typically the driest month. For the duration of the summer at Spring Trail highs are usually in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Spring Trail dipping down into the 0's during winter nights.
