  Blue Hill Trail is a trail quite far from Bangor but it is one of many great trails in this area. Camping is available at Patten Pond Camping Resort, and a great location for whitewater paddling is Narramissic River. A trip to Mellows Cove close to Blue Hill Trail is always a pleasant idea, and time spent at Birchhead Shore is always good. If you came for an overnight stay Balsam Cove Campground is a good spot to camp. Blue Hill Trail is not far at all from Blue
    Hill Falls, and a day at charming Hales Beach in the vicinity of Blue Hill Trail is a perfect thing to do. Take a little spree to Wills Brook if you're here at Blue Hill Trail. Don't leave Blue Hill Trail without popping by Holbrook
