Trail Point Trail   While visiting this area in Maine it's a good idea to go hiking too. Trail Point Trail is a trail quite far from Rockland but hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? if you happen to be in Knox County of Maine, Trail Point Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. There's whitewater on Goose Falls for all you adrenaline kick people; a magnificent place to     stop by is Trial Point Ledge. A visit to Trail Point Trail wouldn’t be complete without a visit to close by Holbrook Island Sanctuary State Park. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Trail Point Trail has to offer, you can camp at Duck Harbor Campground. On a fine day it's a nice idea to spend the day at Boom Beach; The Seal Trap is in the vicinity and always good to have a look at. There's so much to do here at Trail Point Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Greenlaws RV and Tenting Park is a good place for that. If you want to hit the beach, Goss Beach is in the vicinity, and you'll meet a lot of people from Isle Au Haut here. You assume that's enough? Just getting   warmed up. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Blue Hill Falls. All through the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 70's at Trail Point Trail. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's.
