Bent Trail

Bent Trail is located quite a long drive from Billings but it is a great escape from the city. Camping at Big Ice Cave Campground is always a delightful experience; if you're going to from Frannie, you won't be the only one. Bent Spring is a wonderful place to explore while you're at Bent Trail. If you came to camp Sage Creek Campground is a great spot to do that, and a short spree to Ingram Spring is always worthwhile. Chief Plenty Coups State Park is a good
spot to stretch your legs a bit. Not much precipitation falls here at Bent Trail. May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Bent Trail with
nighttime lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Bent Trail descend into the 10's.
