  We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Kirkwood Trail in Gallatin County, Montana is a perfect place for getting out. This part of Montana has a great deal of available outdoors activities. Kirkwood Trail is not very near Bozeman at all but it is one of many great trails in this area. There's so much to do here at Kirkwood Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Rumbaugh Campground is a splendid place for that. Get wet paddling on Madison
    River, and there's some flowing water close by, North Fork Kirkwood Creek is a stream you can explore during your stay. Stay the night at Cabin Creek Campground, and obviously, everybody loves Henrys Lake State Park. Forest Creek
is a stream that you may stumble upon during your stay. Paddling on Madison River is so much fun. Kirkwood Trail gets a common amount of yearly rain. For the duration of January this area sees the most snow; the driest of the months is October. At Kirkwood Trail during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Kirkwood Trail.
