Mullinax Trail   Hiking trails are all over the Blue Ridge Mountains, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. While visiting this area in North Carolina it's a good idea to go hiking too. Mullinax Trail is a trail quite far from Asheville but It's always fun to hike here. You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while and Mullinax Trail in Transylvania County, North Carolina is such a great place. Poundingmill Branch is a stream that     you may bump into during your stay. There are some good whitewater spots on Looking Glass Creek, and Thad Branch is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to. Mullinax Trail is a glorious place to visit for more than one day, Davidson River - North Carolina National Forest is a glorious place to camp nearby. Lots of folks from Penrose come to Mullinax Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Mullinax Trail has to offer, you can camp at Camp Carolina. Visiting Blue Ridge Parkway is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Near Mullinax Trail you locate Mullinax Gap which is a tremendous location to stop at. Pisgah National Forest is a delightful   spot, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Davidson River. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Mullinax Trail. Mullinax Trail gets lots of water. March is when you get the most rain here while October is typically the driest month.
