  If you are in New Hampshire during hiking season you have to go hiking. It's a long drive from Laconia to Passaconaway Cutoff Trail but it sure is a nice trail. Hiking trails are all over the White Mountains, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains.
Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Passaconaway Cutoff Trail in Carroll County, New Hampshire is a perfect place for getting out. White Brook flows through this area,
    and get yourself into a kayak and hit Wonalancet. Having a great time in the White Mountains is easy. Moultonborough Town Beach is in the neighborhood of Passaconaway Cutoff Trail and is a pretty beach to pop by, and float down the
rapids of Swift River in a kayak. On a delightful day you can stop by Center Harbor Town Beach right next door to Passaconaway Cutoff Trail, and when you're here it's always fun to have a look at White Lake State Park. There are plenty of people from Wonalancet here at Passaconaway Cutoff Trail. There's some flowing water close by, Oliveran Brook is a stream you can check out during your stay. If you came for an overnight stay Passaconaway Campground is a great  
location to camp. Camping is available at Pass Campground. Through the warm months here at Passaconaway Cutoff Trail, high temperatures generally reach the 70's with night lows in the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Passaconaway Cutoff Trail dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights.
