Comales Trail   In New Mexico you never run out of outdoors fun. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Comales Trail has to offer, you can camp at Santa Barbara Campground. A great spot for whitewater paddling next to Comales Trail is Rio Embudo. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Comales Trail. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's. High temperatures through   the winter are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Comales Trail are in the 0's. It is very arid here at Comales Trail frequently. Throughout August this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February.
