McKenzie Trail
| | Put on your hiking shoes and hit the trail, McKenzie Trail in Catron County, New Mexico is a really good place to spend some time. McKenzie Trail is located quite a long drive from Silver City but it is a really good trail. While visiting this area in New Mexico it's a good idea to go hiking too. Pass, and camping at Ben Lilly Campground is always a delightful experience. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool things the San Francisco Mountains has to offer. Places like Gila National Forest are good to explore,

A tour to Turkeyfeather Spring will fill your spirit with glorious feelings, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend San Francisco River. Summertime highs at McKenzie Trail ordinarily tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's.
