High Rock Trail   A long drive separates McAlester from High Rock Trail, but it is a great escape from the city. Oklahoma has lots of outdoors activities. High Rock Trail is a wet place that gets lots of rain. The month with most of the rain is May, and January is the month with the least moisture. At High Rock Trail during the summertime highs are in the 90's; the overnight is fairly cooler of course, ordinarily in the 70's.
