Fredricks Trail   We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Fredricks Trail in Centre County, Pennsylvania is just the place. Pennsylvania is a great outdoors state. Fredricks Trail is located quite a long drive from Lewisburg but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family. Camping at Holiday Pines Campground is always a splendid experience, and Frederick Gap is in close proximity, and is a nice place. A great place to camp here at Fredricks Trail is Mountain     Lake Campground, and you'll perhaps meet some folks from Laurelton here. There are some good whitewater spots on Fishing Creek - Bald Eagle Tributary, and Yankee Run is one of the streams close by that might be worth a visit. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend White Deer Creek. Tunis Run is next to Fredricks Trail and is always a pleasure to explore. Fredricks Trail gets a common amount of precipitation. The wettest month of the year is generally June, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is January. At Fredricks Trail throughout the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's generally   in the 50's.
