Gamble Trail   It's a long drive from Lock Haven to Gamble Trail but it is a good trail. A splendid site to camp here at Gamble Trail is Little Pine State Park, and you're sure to stumble upon some good folks from Waterville here. Elk Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot close by, and a quick visit to Gamble Fork is without doubt a nice idea. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Fishing Creek - Bald Eagle     Tributary. Schultz Fork flows through this vicinity, and camping at Happy Acres Resort is always a delightful experience. Gamble Trail gets a common amount of precipitation. The wettest month of the year is generally June, that's the one that rains the most; January is when it's the driest. High temperatures at Gamble Trail during the summertime are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's.
