Hackett Trail   Hackett Trail is located quite a long drive from Bradford but it is one of many great trails in this area. We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Hackett Trail in Cameron County, Pennsylvania is the outdoors at it's best. It's a great idea to stop by Hunting Shanty Branch, it's next to Hackett Trail, and Colbert Hollow is another glorious location to have a look at close by. Hackett Trail is a delightful location to visit for more than one day,     Sizerville State Park is a delightful location to camp nearby. Sizerville State Park is a splendid place; the fine people of Emporium like to hang out nearby. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Mosquito Creek. A quick trip to Hunts Run right next door to Hackett Trail is a magnificent idea. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Hackett Trail has to offer, you can camp at Hemlock Campgrounds. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. The annual precipitation here at Hackett Trail is about average. Most of the rain falls during June, and the driest of the months is January. During the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 70's   at Hackett Trail. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's while Hackett Trail overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 10's.
