Hartman Trail

  If you are in Pennsylvania during hiking season you have to go hiking. Cross Fork is a fine whitewater spot in the vicinity of Hartman Trail; needless to say Spring Brook is a pretty stream that is worth stopping at. A splendid spot to camp here at Hartman Trail is Quiet Oaks Campground, and you can run the rapids of Young Womans Creek. Hartman Trail is great enough to spend more than a day at, Ole Bull State Park is a great local campground. Poplar Hollow is
    right next door to Hartman Trail and is without doubt a pleasant place to stop at, and Hartman Trail is in close proximity to Ole Bull State Park which is a wonderful place. While you're here at Hartman Trail you will meet lots of
folks from nearby Cross Fork. The amount of precipitation that falls at Hartman Trail is close to the national average. June is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February. Summertime highs at Hartman Trail mostly tend to be in the 80's; the nighttime is quite chillier of course, usually in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Hartman Trail.
