Hinkle Trail
| | Spending too much time indoors got you down? No problem, if you happen to be in Bedford County of Pennsylvania, Hinkle Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. If you come at the right time of year, Fifteen Mile Creek offers some great whitewater. Hinkle Trail, and Devils Alley Campground is a great campground nearby. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Town Creek, and you can stay the night at Little Orleans Campground. Hinkle Trail gets a normal amount of precipitation.
| The month with most of the rain is July; January is the month with the least moisture. Summertime highs at Hinkle Trail frequently tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are typically in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Hinkle Trail. | |
