Indian Trail
| | Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Indian Trail in Potter County, Pennsylvania is such a great place. Indian Trail is not very near Lock Haven at all but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family. There's whitewater on Young Womans Creek for all you thrill seekers, and camping at Ox Yoke Inn is always a wonderful experience. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Cross Fork; why not a little side visit |
to Indian Run. If you're visiting Indian Trail from Galeton, you won't be the only one; unsurprisingly Rock Run is a wonderful stream that is worth going to. If you came to camp Lyman Run State Park is a great site to do that, and
| why not stop at Lyman Run Dam while you're here. Man, is there a heap of cool stuff to do in the neighborhood of Indian Trail. Ole Bull State Park is a glorious spot to explore on a delightful day; you could always explore Brown Hollow. High temperatures at Indian Trail through the summertime months are in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
