Perry Trail

  A long drive separates State College from Perry Trail, but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family. Spending too much time indoors got you down? No problem, Perry Trail in Centre County, Pennsylvania is a good choice. Camping at Snow Shoe Park is always a pleasant experience; during your trip here you'll meet some folks from Westport for sure. If you come at the right time of year, Black Moshannon Creek offers some good whitewater. Second Fork flows through
    this region, and Perry Trail is great enough to spend more than a day at, Kettle Creek State Park is a great local campground. A perfect spot to go to close to Perry Trail is Log Hollow, and a great spot like Sinnemahoning State Park
is too glorious to leave out. If you're here at Perry Trail, you could pop by First Fork, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Moshannon River. This place is great, just explore all the entertaining stuff to do near Perry Trail. Much rainfall falls at Perry Trail. Most of the rain falls all through June while January is generally the driest month. High temperatures at Perry Trail during the summertime months are in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures  
are in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Perry Trail.
