Phoenix Trail

  If you are in Pennsylvania during hiking season you have to go hiking. Phoenix Trail is a long drive away from Lock Haven but what a great place for hiking it is. Little Phoenix Run is a scenic stream that is worth going to; a delightful spot for whitewater paddling is Slate Run. Take a side visit to Stonylick Run, and Leonard Harrison State Park is a splendid site to pop by on a lovely day. You can run the rapids of Cedar Run near Phoenix Trail. You'll need more
    than a day to look at everything Phoenix Trail has to offer, you can camp at Kearse's Campground. You might want to pay a visit to Stone Hollow while you're here at Phoenix Trail. Stay the night at Ox Yoke Inn, and Phoenix Trail is
a place with many visitors from Galeton. Be careful coming to Phoenix Trail, you might not ever wanna return home again. At Phoenix Trail through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Phoenix Trail are in the 10's. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Phoenix Trail. June is the month that gets the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture.
