Refuge Trail

  Spending too much time indoors got you down? No problem, Refuge Trail in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania is a good choice. Get your pulse rate up on the pleasant whitewater of Bear Creek, and unsurprisingly Spring Run flows through this area. There's so much to do here at Refuge Trail that you need to camp here for a while, WT Family Camping is a splendid spot for that. There's whitewater on Spring Brook for all you adrenaline kick people. A magnificent location
    like Hickory Run State Park close to Refuge Trail is too good to leave out, and folks from Gouldsboro love to come here. Refuge Trail is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Lehigh Gorge Campground is a delightful local
campground. All through the long summer days highs here at Refuge Trail reach the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Refuge Trail. From a rain point of view Refuge Trail is a pretty normal place. July is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month of the year is January.
