Sheep Rock Trail   Sheep Rock Trail is not very near Huntingdon at all but it's one of those places where hiking is great. Near Sheep Rock Trail you hit upon Walkers Hollow which is a magnificent location to stop at. If you came to camp Valley Campground is a wonderful location to do that, and Great Trough Creek is a perfect whitewater spot close by. There are plenty of folks from Hesston here at Sheep Rock Trail. There's so much to do here at Sheep Rock Trail that you need to camp     here for a while, Ridge Campground is a good spot for that. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sideling Hill Creek. From a rainfall point of view Sheep Rock Trail is a rather normal location. Through May this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is January. Throughout the warm days of summer at Sheep Rock Trail temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's, and the nighttime is a bit chillier of course, frequently in the 50's.
