Werts Path   Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and if you happen to be in Schuylkill County of Pennsylvania, Werts Path is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. A long drive separates Pottsville from Werts Path, but hiking along this trail is very enjoyable. A visit to Pennsylvania is not complete without some hiking. Werts Path is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Echo Valley Campground is a magnificent     local campground. Take a side spree to Iron Ore Run. There's so much to do here at Werts Path that you need to camp here for a while, Blue Mountain Lakes is a perfect site for that. A trip to Locust Lake State Park when you're here at Werts Path is a wonderful idea, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Bethel here. Spruce Run is a good local stream. An average amount of rainfall falls at Werts Path. Of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Werts Path. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's.
