Some of the water nearby flows, like Natural Bridge Creek. Ladder Trail is a wet place that  
gets a great deal of precipitation. December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is October. For the period of the long summer days at Ladder Trail temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and the overnight is a tad cooler of course, ordinarily in the 60's.
