Limestone Cove Trail   Limstone Cove Trail is nowhere near the Great Smoky Mtn NP. It is in Cherokee NF outside of Unicoi, TN. Rock Creek is a campground (the only National Forest CG in the area), and is closer to Johnson City than the Smokies. Says Jim Davis Near here outside of a town named Erwin is a National park named Rock Creek. it's located about 15 miles from Limestone Cove. It had camping with showers, electricity, single and double camp sites, a dumping station     and swimming. it's one of my favorite places see this. Says James Quainton Pretty far from Johnson City you find Limestone Cove Trail but many people like to hike here to be close to nature. In Tennessee you never run out of outdoors fun. Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the Great Smoky Mountains where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Limestone Cove Trail in Unicoi County, Tennessee is a really good place to spend some time. Stay the night at Unaka Mountain Campground, and a journey to Cherokee National Forest is a great idea. Be careful coming to the Great Smoky Mountains, you might not ever wanna   return back home again. Limestone Cove Campground is a glorious campground nearby; while you're here, you could check out Rocky Branch. Get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Nolichucky River, and a quick spree to Rocky Branch is definitely a nice idea.
