Spruce Thicket Trail

  The spuce thicket trail is in bad shape.The flood in 2002 did alot of damage and the pine beetles that detroyed most of the pines in the area have left many blow downs I would not recommend this trail.

This part of Tennessee has a great deal of available outdoors activities. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Spruce Thicket Trail in Greene County, Tennessee is a really good place to spend some time. In the Great Smoky Mountains
    you'll find lots of hiking trails where wonderful nature is waiting for you. Spruce Thicket Trail is a trail quite far from Greeneville but hiking it is always fun.
Jones Meadow is a great spot to check out, and camping at The
Oaks Retreat Center is always a delightful experience. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Great Smoky Mountains. Visit Baxter Branch if you're here at Spruce Thicket Trail, and whitewater paddling is good on Big Laurel Creek. Take a side tour to West Fork Dry Creek; nearby Bullen Hollow is a nice site to go. At Spruce Thicket Trail you always meet someone from Afton; Jones Meadow is a glorious site. Just can't get enough of  
Spruce Thicket Trail. If you came to camp Round Knob Campground is a great site to do that. Paddling on Whitewater Outfitter - Mountain Adventure Guides is so much fun; Davy Crockett Birthplace State is a good location to stop by. Spruce Thicket Trail is a quite wet place generally with a large amount of precipitation.
